Day 1: Drive to Ziwa for Rhino Tracking

After breakfast, Drive from Entebbe or Kampala to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. This incredible place is home to the only southern white rhinos in Uganda. We will go trekking to view them in their natural habitat. After lunch get lunch at Relax at the Lodge.

Day 2: Drive to Murchison Falls for Activities

Drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Upon entering the park you will be welcomed by the roadside baboons and visit the top of the falls. Have lunch at the Lodge the Do an evening game drive.

This morning, waking up for an early breakfast and getting on our way for an early sunrise game drive, you will look at and also capture the beautiful sunrise; and more preserved wildlife like lions, leopards, Giraffes, Elephants, Antelopes, and much more in their early morning hours as the day keeps growing.

Get back, have lunch, and prepare for an afternoon Nile Boat Cruise. On a boat which has a sun cover roof. This takes 2 and a half – 3 hours. The van will be waiting for you at the load-off point and transfer you back to the lodge.

Day 4: Morning Boat to the Delta and Evening Game drive

This Morning get to the Riverside Jetty and get on a Boat by 8 pm to have a Morning Cruise along the River Nile while heading to Delta Point, a Broad Chance of Sighting more wildlife in the Morning.

In the afternoon, have an evening game drive looking out for more diverse wildlife and also getting the best view of the African Sunset within the Savannah Plains.

Day 5: Drive to Fort Portal and Check Kibale Forest National Park.

In Murchison after breakfast for the fascinating drive through papyrus swamps and thick jungle of the Nile Delta to Kibale National Park just under the Rwenzori Mountains. Afternoon guided walk in the crater lakes area of the park for an outstanding cultural visit.

In the morning you will have breakfast to transfer to Kibale Headquarters for briefing and then set off for a forest walk in search of chimpanzees.

The forest walk will be guided to provide information not only on chimpanzees and primates but also on small organisms making it interesting. The walk will reward you with other primates like Grey cheeked Mangabeys, Colobus monkeys, Red-tailed monkeys, phoestes, and butterflies.

After tracking the chimps in the afternoon you will go for a guided nature walk to the Bigodi wetland to see unique flora and fauna.

Day 7: Drive to Kyaninga Lodge Full day of Relaxing.

Kyaninga Lodge, Uganda Just a scenic one-hour drive to Kibale Forest for a chimp trek, but there is a lot more to it than that. Numerous beautiful walks and hikes can be done straight from the lodge and it overlooks a stunning Crater Lake perfect for a swim, a kayak, or a paddle board.

Day 8: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park and evening game drive.

Begin your day morning with coffee and a tour driving through the twin lakes and heading to the south into Queen Elizabeth National Park. Have lunch in Kasese and a route sightseeing and game viewing.

Dawn game drive in Uganda’s best park, where all the big games can be seen in abundance. Famous for elephants and kob, expect to see some rarer animals like giant forest hogs.

There are 638 recorded bird species in the park! After lunch, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes Edward and George, for large numbers of buffalo and hippo.

Day 10: Drive to Ishasha and evening game drive.

Have Breakfast then drive to your lodge for lunch in Ishasha then do an evening game drive in Ishasha; the famous residents of the Tree climbing Lions are seen lounging in the branches of Fig trees and other herds of Uganda kob, Buffalo, elephants, and herds of Topi. Check into Lodge Lodge for Dinner

Day 11: Morning Game drive and relax in the evening.

Breakfast game viewing searching for Tree climbing Lions leopards, hyenas, Elephants, Uganda kobs, and herds of topi and buffalos after the 3-hour game drive, then have lunch and Relax this evening at your lodge.

Day 12: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and an evening Batwa walk.

This Morning is a 2 – 4 hour drive to Bwindi’s impenetrable national park in southwestern Uganda the most sought-after world tourist destination that harbours half of the world’s surviving mountain Gorilla. Check-in for Lunch at the Lodge and in the Evening, visit the Batwa Communities.

In the morning, carry on your light Rain jacket and hiking boots that are best for the Gorilla Trek adventure. Have breakfast and join your guide to drop you off at the briefing centre before 8 am. As you set to enter the forest, Get a walking stick and also use a porter to carry your things. (This is not included in the prices)

Usually, the Gorilla Trek takes about 3 – 7 hours depending on the family group assigned to track. The reason is, that the gorillas move daily and even before you even go on the trek.

Day 14: Drive to Lake Bunyonyi and have an evening boat cruise to visit the Islands.

After a hearty breakfast and relaxation, transfer south through the terraced green hills and settlements in the “Switzerland” or little Alps of Uganda to Lake Bunyonyi, the deepest and most beautiful lake in Uganda. In the afternoon, you can relax, read a book, or take a swim in the Bilharzia free lake. Other optional activities for today: Hike in the hills, make a community or birding walk, or go canoeing on the lake.

Day 15: Drive to Lake Mburo and Rest for the evening.

After breakfast, we leisurely drive through the long-horned cattle area to Lake Mburo National Park. Reach the Lodge for Lunch and Relax with the Extensive views of the Savannah Park Plains.

Accommodation: Rwakobo Rock, Mihingo Lodge.

Day 16: Morning Nature Walk and an afternoon boat cruise.

Have a Morning game drive and an afternoon Boat Cruise on the lake in the afternoon. As the night falls, we take a night game drive with a high chance of seeing leopards, hyenas, and other nocturnal wildlife. Lake Mburo is one of the few national parks with giraffes and zebras and the only park with Elands and impalas in Uganda.

Day 17: Drive to Kampala or Entebbe.

Enjoy a game walk in the morning. Walking safaris are possible since there are no elephants and lions in the park. On our leisurely drive back, we can have another stopover at the Equator. Transfer to the airport for your flight.
