12 Days Kenya and Tanzania Safari Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Our guide driver will warmly meet you and brief you on what will hopefully be your best holiday in Africa. Transfer to your Hotel in Nairobi. Check in and rest after your journey.
Optional: Depending on your arrival time, you may explore local attractions in Nairobi, such as the Elephant Orphanage or the Giraffe Centre.
Overnight stay at Ole Sereni / Ibis Styles Hotel.
Day 2: Nairobi to Amboseli
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel. Depart for Amboseli National Park, approximately a 4-hour drive. Arrive at the camp and check in, then have lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Park, known for its abundant wildlife. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more.
Dinner & Overnight stay in Amboseli Sopa / Sentrim Amboseli
Day 3: Full Day in Amboseli
Embark on a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park. Explore different areas of the reserve to maximise wildlife sightings.

Day 4: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, check out of the camp/Lodge. Depart for Lake Naivasha, located in the beautiful Rift Valley region, approximately a 5-hour drive. Arrive at the resort and check in, then have lunch.
Optional: Enjoy a boat ride in Lake Naivasha (Additional Cost)
Dinner and overnight stay at Muthu Lake Naivasha Country Club / Eseriani The Resort.
Day 5: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, a 4-hour drive away. Arrive at your Lodge and check in, then have lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve, known for its abundant wildlife. Spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more.
Dinner and overnight stay at Maasai Mara Sopa / Sentrim Mara
Day 6: Full Day in Masai Mara
Embark on a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara. Explore different areas of the reserve to maximise wildlife sightings. Witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal) or follow other thrilling wildlife interactions.

Day 7: Masai Mara to Serengeti
After breakfast, check out of your Lodge. Depart for Nairobi, approximately a 3-hour drive. Our guide driver will transfer you to the Isebania/Sirari, a one-stop border post and assist you through immigration. He will connect you to your guide driver from Tanzania and then proceed to the Serengeti National Park. Arrive at your Hotel and check in. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve, known for its abundant wildlife.
Dinner & Overnight stay in Acacia Central Camp / Africa Safari Serengeti Ikoma
Day 8: Full Day in Serengeti
Embark on a full-day game drive in Serengeti. Explore different areas of the Park to maximise wildlife sightings. Witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal) or follow other thrilling wildlife interactions.
Optional: Hot air balloon safari over the Masai Mara & Masai Village Visit (additional cost).

Day 9: Serengeti to Ngorongoro
After breakfast, check out of the camp. Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and enjoy a game drive as you make your way to the Ngorongoro area. Arrive at your Lodge and check in, then have lunch.
Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Forest Lodge / Marera Valley Lodge
Day 10: Full Day in Ngorongoro
Early breakfast, they descend into the Ngorongoro Crater. Spend the day exploring the crater’s diverse wildlife, including lions and elephants. Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater. In the afternoon, ascend the crater and return to your Lodge.
Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Forest Lodge / Marera Valley Lodge
Day 11: Ngorongoro to Arusha
After breakfast, depart for Arusha, approximately a 3-hour drive.
Optional: Depending on your arrival time, you may explore some local attractions in Arusha.

Day 12: Departure
After breakfast, check out of the Hotel. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.
