7 Days Gorillas Golden Monkeys and Sabyinyo Mountain Safari
The 7 Days Gorillas Golden Monkeys and Sabyinyo Mountain Hike Safari lights Gorilla Tracking and Golden Monkeys in the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park as well as Gorilla Trekking into the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and also Sabyinyo Gorge Hike for the Best Memorable Safari of Uganda and Rwanda.
Day 1: Pick up in Kigali, take a City Tour, and Transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla Park
Today, our guide will pick you up at Kigali International Airport or your hotel in Kigali and transfer you to your hotel in the southern sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park or Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Uganda. The journey from Kigali will take you through the winding hills of Rwanda and Southwestern Uganda until you arrive at your lodge.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Mgahinga
You will need a Daypack, 2 litres of water, jeans, a long-sleeved shirt, a hat, sunglasses, and tough cotton gardening gloves to help you pull yourself up on branches and vines. A hat also comes in handy.
A light rain jacket and hiking boots are best for your Gorilla Trek adventure. You can also buy a walking stick and hire a porter to carry your things if you wish (optional)—the latter two are optional and not included in the safari price.
The Gorilla Trek can take 5+ hours, depending on which group you are tracking. Gorillas move daily, and before you even go on the trek, pre-trackers locate the gorilla family you have been assigned.
Day 3: Hike to the Gorge or the Top of Mount Sabinyo
Mt. Sabyinyo Volcano is locally known as “An Old Man’s Tooth” because of its genetic look and formation. It is a one-day hike taken by physically fit and quite adventurous people. The third peak is the border of Uganda, Rwanda, and DR Congo, and all the other two peaks border Uganda and Rwanda. It offers Lots of beautiful Scenery and incredible landscapes.
Day 4: Golden Monkey Tracking the Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable.
Early in the Morning, after a heavy breakfast, we transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, where Golden meets Silver for a golden monkey Tracking experience. After Tracking these primates, we embark on our journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Day 5: Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Day or Gorilla Habituation.

Day 6: Drive to Lake Bunyonyi for Relaxation
Drive from Bwindi to Lake Bunyonyi for a relaxing evening and also engage in a Boat ride to Visit the Bunyonyi Islands, including the Historical Punishment Island, where the Early Pregnant Girls used to be dumped to starve to death.
Day 7: Drive Back to Entebbe or Kigali for Your Evening Flight.
We will return and end our journey by driving back to Entebbe to catch our evening flight home. Remember to stop at the Uganda Equator for Pictures and Sovereigns to take for friends and family.
