3 Days Semuliki Safari – Semuliki Hot Springs and Birding Tour

Our 3 Days Semuliki safari will take you to the Semuliki National Park located in the western part of Uganda. This Park is rich in African flora and fauna. On this 3 Days Semuliki safari, we will encounter fantastic views of the hot springs, forest walks, different bird species, and other wildlife.

Activities available here include night game drives, chimpanzee trekking, a boat cruise on Lake Albert for shoebill tracking and water birds, and viewing wildlife such as Hippos, Forest Elephants, buffalo, Waterbucks, and Uganda kobs.

3 days semuliki safari _ Semuliki Hot Springs and Wildlife SafariDay 1: Drive from Kampala to Semuliki National Park.

We shall depart from Kampala or Entebbe in the morning and drive to Semuliki National Park, with a refreshing hot lunch break in Fort Portal. Along the way, you will encounter beautiful, rolling landscapes and well-organised tea Plantations, and see hard-working community members harvesting ready tea leaves.

After lunch, we will visit the “Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru“ Caves, with early-man historical stories, and see the crater lakes, then drive to your Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Activities at Semuliki National Park

Have breakfast, then we start a morning game drive searching for different wildlife. Take pictures of beautiful landscapes, then head back to the Lodge for lunch.

After lunch, we shall go to the Sempaya hot springs and also visit the Ntandi pygmy village. You’ll learn more about the lifestyles of the current bushmen as you enjoy their traditional dances. Later on, return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Semuliki National Park for Kampala or Entebbe

After being served breakfast, we shall head to explore Fort Port Town’s attractions, such as the craters, then have lunch and return to Kampala or Entebbe to catch your flight.
